Daniel Dehghanian has been advising clients on international M&A transactions and other strategic challenges for more than 15 years. Having executed deals on almost every continent for clients from all over the world, Daniel knows how to execute efficiently and successfully in complex and multi-faceted settings. Clients and team members highly value his pragmatism and ability to break complex issues down to the essentials.

Daniel has a strong track record in helping multinationals with their M&A transactions, reorganizations and other ventures, with a focus on the life sciences and technology space. His resume also includes numerous real estate transactions, comprising single asset deals, portfolio deals, forward deals and joint ventures across different asset classes. 

Daniel is also active in the venture capital space, advising founders, corporates, investors and family offices in the context of developing and growing emerging companies. He furthermore has vast experience in advising on joint venture transactions, public takeovers, post-acquisition restructurings and general corporate law matters.
