Strategic / Corporate Venture Capital Investors

Are you trying to understand a new technology, product or business model that could impact your industry? Are you looking to drive innovation through a corporate venture arm?

We know that as a strategic venture capital investor, you have an additional layer of execution risk. You're looking to make strategic bets on innovations that take your company into a new direction or disrupt your core businesses. You're looking for the strategic as well as financial returns and typically have a longer term outlook. You're looking for the partnership opportunities and the possibility of your investment to become part of the future of your industry.

We represent strategic corporate venture capital investors (including corporations, corporate venture capital and captive venture capital fund in a corporation) on a broad range of venture transactions from start-up financing to late stage investments, including investments made in connection with simultaneously negotiated commercial transactions, in contemplation of a later joint venture or M&A transaction, or on a long-term stand-alone basis.

We understand that you may want to make earlier stage investments with a substantial equity stake and ability to influence the company, or you may prefer to make investments in more mature companies with a lower risk profile. We can support you on your investment strategy across every industry, geography and asset class.
