Dr. Tanja Eisenblätter, LL.M. (WCL)

Tanja Eisenblätter regularly wins in court - in energy and trade disputes, in crisis communication and in pharmaceutical advertising matters. She is a respected litigator who you rather want to see at your than on the opposite side. Tanja is co-head of the firm's global litigation practice.

In the past, Tanja has been described as "business-oriented and quick" and "very focused and tough in front of the court". Together with her colleagues from the Hamburg energy team office, Tanja in particular defends energy companies and enforces their claims successfully.

Tanja is also one of Germany's most successful lawyers in the field of advertising, which is why she is regularly named Best Lawyer by Handelsblatt/Best lawyers. International pharmaceutical and medical devices companies rely on her knowledge and experience, especially when it comes to handling complex cross-border litigation. Tanja has been involved in multiple product launches, advising on world-wide advertising strategies, bringing together legal knowledge and in-depth scientific experience. After years of advising publishing companies and broadcasters, she has now changed sides in order to advise companies in media crises. Tanja is an expert in compliance matters. She conducts internal investigations and represents her clients in court, seeking compensation with regard to white-collar crimes.

Tanja is regularly elected as a "Leader in her Field" in the life sciences sector by Chambers Europe and is dubbed as a "Life Sciences Star" by LMG Life Sciences as well as an Acritas Star. Tanja received her LL.M. from Washington College of Law, Washington, D.C. Due to her outstanding academic record she was awarded with a scholarship from Studienstiftung/ZEIT-Stiftung.
