Danielle has over 15 years' experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and advises clients on litigation strategies, mediations, and informal settlement arrangements. Having worked with numerous large corporate clients over the years, Danielle understands their internal pressures including financial, reputational and risk management.
Danielle's litigation and dispute resolution experience includes a broad range of commercial contractual disputes including both government and private sectors, product liability, consumer law disputes including misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct claims, regulatory compliance and negligence.
In addition to her extensive litigation experience Danielle advises clients on compliance issues and assists in navigating their business to avoid potential litigation or disputes whether that be from consumers, the relevant regulator or a contracting party. Danielle's advisory work spans a variety of industries including the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, food and cosmetic sectors.
Specifically, Danielle has advised clients in relation to therapeutic goods, regulatory compliance, consumer law, product recalls, compliance with voluntary and mandatory standards and orders, product liability, advertising/labelling, registrations and listings, import and export requirements and quarantine laws.
