Giulia Ghidini advises international and Italian clients on a broad range of aspects of Intellectual Property law, notably for trademarks and design, unfair competition, and copyright law.
Giulia supports clients in contract negotiations and in the development of new trademarks, including advising on clearance searches and drafting of strategic legal opinions, notices and negotiation agreements.
Moreover, she guides clients in enforcing trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
With a friendly and proactive approach, Giulia supports clients in finding the best solutions for their IP issues. She represents companies operating in a variety of industries including consumer goods, fashion and luxury, diversified industrials, and technology.
Giulia joined the Firm in 2021, after graduating cum laude in Law at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and obtaining a master's degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Information Law from King's College London.
