Analysis of IP landscape (Greater China focus): update on patents and patent licensing, and current trends in trademarks, including insights from INTA Conference 2024

The Hogan Lovells Asia Pacific IPMT team invites you to join our intellectual property (IP) seminar on either 4 June in Osaka or 5 June in Tokyo.

Throughout this half-day session, speakers from our China and Japan offices will cover a range of key issues and recent developments in IP (with a general focus on Greater China in conjunction with a European counterpoint) that may impact Japanese and international companies. We will also share an update on the hot topics discussed at INTA 2024, held in Atlanta in May 2024.

Both the Osaka and Tokyo seminars will follow the same, two-part agenda, with Part 1 focusing on patents and patent licensing, and Part 2 focusing on trademarks. Attendees are welcome to attend both parts, or to attend only the part covering the topic in which they are most interested.

To conclude the seminars, in both cities, there will be drinks and networking opportunities.

We welcome questions in advance (in Japanese or English), and you will have the opportunity to provide questions through the registration form.

Please do feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who may be interested in attending in either Osaka or Tokyo.
