Hua Jiang is a Chinese trademark representative in our Tokyo office. He previously worked for one of the largest full-service intellectual property law firms in China for 10 years, where he was engaged in trademark law related services. Here he dealt mainly with Japanese corporate clients. He joined Hogan Lovell's in 2011.
Jiang has a great deal of experience and expertise in China regarding brand strategy, trademark prosecution, enforcement and protection, trademark dispute resolution, protection of well-known marks and office actions. His work also covers other IP areas including copyright, unfair competition prevention law and domain names.
Jiang is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English.
