Hogan Lovells’ New York Office Moves to 390 Madison Avenue

New York April 29, 2019 – Hogan Lovells has officially moved its New York office to 390 Madison Avenue from 875 Third Avenue. The New York office is one of the firm’s larger offices, with over 350 employees.

The firm signed a 15-year lease for six floors in L&L Holding’s newly renovated building. The other tenants of the building are J.P. Morgan Chase and the Shiseido Company.

"We are excited to finally be moving into our new home" said Oliver Armas, New York Office Managing partner. "The office will provide an incredibly innovative and creative space for our people and our clients."

The new office, designed by architecture firm Studios, features a triple height cafe with seating, four terraces with seating and greenery, a conference center with interactive technology, a central stairwell connecting all the floors, and collaborative areas throughout the space with comfortable seating and natural light.

In addition, the firm commissioned a unique piece of artwork called "Chelsea Meadow Swirl" by Chris Natrop specifically for the seventh floor of the office. The area, called The Gallery, features an open floor plan, areas to collaborate, and a technology hub. The laminated 10 X 60 foot acrylic composite immersive art installation was inspired by the flora on The High Line.
