Hogan Lovells advises DekaBank on the financing of a logistics portfolio

Led by Frankfurt Counsel Dr. Stipe Bojanić, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale on the financing of the German logistics portfolio of Fidelity International Real Estate Funds. The portfolio comprises a total of four properties.

Fidelity International provides a broad range of clients with solutions offering direct access to high-quality real estate investments in some of the largest and most dynamic markets across Europe and the UK.

Hogan Lovells provided comprehensive legal advice to DekaBank on all finance aspects of the transaction. The team led by Counsel Stipe Bojanić regularly advises longstanding client DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale on complex financing matters and has extensive experience in structuring and implementing sophisticated financing transactions in the real estate sector.
