The Legal Transformation won for delivering firmwide digital and AI transformation through DIGI, ELTEMATE, and Legal Engineering, embedding advanced technology into the core of legal service delivery. This initiative was led by Mark Brennan, Global Managing Partner for Digitalization, Sebastian Lach, Co‑CEO of ELTEMATE and partner, and Paul Gilford, Global Chief Information Officer.
The Legal Engineering team, recognised in the Delivery Model Innovation category, was highly commended for creating new revenue opportunities and strengthening long‑term client relationships. The team comprises qualified, multilingual lawyers with advanced coding capabilities who design and deliver fully bespoke, billable coded solutions for clients and is led by Paul Gilford, Global Chief Information Officer, and Alexey Kozlov, Head of Legal Engineering.
