London, 22 June 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that UK Managing Partner Penny Angell has been named in Financial News’ Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2026 list, marking her fifth consecutive year on the list.
The list recognises leading legal professionals working across Europe, including heads of major firms, London and European leaders at international firms and finance lawyers at the helm of top practices.
In addition to leading the firm’s UK business, Penny maintains a practice focused on acquisition and leveraged finance and complex debt arrangements. She has been with Hogan Lovells for more than 30 years, advising some of the world’s largest banks and lenders on structuring and documenting debt finance transactions.
