Acting for a multinational agricultural automotive company in an investigation by the Competition Commission into its dealer network.

Represented Goldfields SA at the Leon Commission of Inquiry on Health and Safety in the SA Mining Industry.

Acting for a large multinational construction and engineering company in several arbitrations and litigious matters under FIDIC and ICC rules.

Representing First Uranium Limited in relation to the US$335m disposal of Mine Waste Solutions to AngloGold Ashanti Limited.

Acting for the State's Strategic Fuel Fund in a claim for the delivery of oil and a counterclaim of ZAR45m for outstanding cargo dues.

Acting on behalf of a consortium of international construction companies in the Lesotho Highlands Water Project.

Advising the City of Johannesburg in respect of its multibillion rand broadband fiber project.

Lead counsel for PPC Ltd on US$168.2m project financing by IFC and PTA Bank to a newly created subsidiary cement plant in DRC.

Advising a major foreign international company in a ZAR10-20bn agribusiness investment into South Africa.

Drafting loan and security documentation for purposes of major aircraft refinancing transactions in the amount of US$30m.
