Hogan Lovells advises Pemberton Asset Management and HSBC UK on the refinancing of Nodor International, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity

Nodor is the global market leader in premium darts, dartboards and accessories, exporting its products to over 100 countries worldwide. The financing will support Inflexion's plans to leverage its significant experience in scaling global brands, working alongside Nodor's management team to drive continued growth through geographic expansion and new channel development. 

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth with support from senior associate Harry Walker-White, associate Catherine Nguene and trainee Megan Gallagher.
