Ji An (Julian) Wang focuses his practice on securities law and mergers and acquisitions, advising companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, including SEC disclosures and corporate governance.

In law school, Julian polished his writing and editing skills as Notes Editor for the NYU Environmental Law Journal, and served as Korematsu Chair of the NYU Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association. In 2015, Julian was a recipient of the Ford Foundation Fellowship for a summer internship with the Natural Resources and Defense Council.

In addition to his corporate practice, Julian is passionate about pro bono advocacy, environmental policy, and education. At NYU Law, Julian helped indigent clients secure unemployment benefits through the Unemployment Action Center and mediated dispute resolutions in the Bronx Small Claims Court as Vice President of the NYU Mediation Organization. Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin, Julian devoted a gap year in China to counseling students in persuasive writing and college admissions. As an undergraduate at Amherst College, Julian volunteered for an environmental NGO and served as a Youth Delegate to a United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio, Brazil.
