Triple Play – Hogan Lovells advises NASDAQ listed voxeljet AG on third capital increase in one year
Led by partners Lutz Angerer, Michael Schlitt and Richard Aftanas, a team, comprising German and US lawyers at the international law firm Hogan Lovells, advised NASDAQ listed voxeljet AG on a capital increase and an issue of new American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
In connection with the capital increase, the company is issuing 1,126,127 new registered ordinary shares with attached dividend entitlements for the financial year 2021, which were offered in the form of 1,126,127 ADRs at a price of EUR 7.52 per ordinary share. The ADRs are traded on NASDAQ. This is already this years third capital increase of the company on which Hogan Lovells has advised.
The gross proceeds of the issue amount to USD 10 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the issue for general corporate purposes.
