What you get on the program

 

Now in its seventh year, the Hogan Lovells FinTech Mentor program can provide your company with up to £25,000 of free legal and consultancy services, innovative tools to help you move forward, and access to our network of industry participants and bodies so you can leverage the experiences of others in the sector.

Members of previous and current cohorts

Our FMP members and alumni include some of the most innovative start-up companies in the UK, such as such as BankedUpdraftFloww, and WeCovr. Our membership is diverse and helps us stay committed to empowering women in FinTech and encouraging financial inclusion.

Nexus Assurance

Nexus Assurance is a digital control and governance platform for use in regulated financial service firms.

Lenuity

Lenuity provides captive lending (mortgage) service for housebuilders.

ReachX

ReachX is an FCA-regulated Digital Investment Bank offering corporate finance and consulting to companies and investors (institutional).

Symbiose Management

Symbiose Management provides a negative carbon and nature positive investment product centered around tree plantations in proximity to investors.


Our June 2023 cohort includes:


Callemott Loans

A customer-focused FinTech providing underserved customers with greater access to sustainable credit and increased financial resilience.

Alora Baby

A new model of responsible consumerism, hiring baby products on a subscription basis.

Merqury

Building account-to-account payments at the point of sale.

Paylow

Allowing customers to manage, compare and improve their recurring payments with a few clicks, using open banking.

SavingBlocks

Offering fully-automated digital asset portfolios tailored to investors' goals and risk profiles.

Lipefi

Who are part of our EU Program pilot, and are based in Belgium. They build financial products for EU startups.

 

Our application process 

We are onboarding 10 applicants a year, with five in January and five in July:

November/May  Applications open 
December/June Applications close
January/July Successful applicants are informed
The end of January/July The program kicks off
