Tao has worked with employers of all sizes in creating, updating, and implementing effective HR policies to ensure clients are compliant with constantly changing state and federal employment law. He has also drafted various employment-related agreements including severance, confidentiality, arbitration, and executive compensation agreements for clients.
Tao has also successfully represented employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, retaliation, harassment, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Tao was a labor and employment associate at another international law firm. He also has experience working as an in-house trial counsel at a Fortune 500 company.
