Silicon Valley, 17 August, 2020 – Silicon Valley M&A partner Chris Moore has been named in the Daily Journal Top 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes the top California lawyers under the age of 40.
Moore joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in 2017 as part of a large M&A team led by partner Rick Climan that moved from Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He has played a central role in billions of dollars' worth of high-profile, buy-side transactions in the tech sector, for some of the country's leading strategic acquirers, including Walmart, Marvell Technology Group, Sabre and Synopsys.
Moore was recognized in particular for leading the representation of fast-growing serial acquirer Atlassian, a large-cap, multinational software company, on multiple tech M&A transactions.
