Led by Frankfurt partner Marc P. Werner, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised asset managers Hova Hospitality and Praemia REIM Luxembourg on the releasing of the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss hotel to Dutch hotel operator Black Label Hospitality.
The 246-room four-star-hotel was completely renovated in 2019 and offers a wide range of facilities for meetings and events for up to 2,500 guests. Black Label Hospitality is taking over the hotel in full operation, including the staff. The opening of the Crowne Plaza is the first major foreign investment by the Limburg-based company and part of its international growth strategy.
