Silicon Valley, October 22, 2019 – International law firm Hogan Lovells advised leading travel technology company Sabre Corporation in its acquisition of Radixx, a leading airline retailing software provider.
The purchase price was approximately US$110 million, including payments to debtholders. More about the transaction can be found in the company press release.
The Hogan Lovells M&A team was led by Silicon Valley partners Rick Climan and Chris Moore as well as associates Evan Orman and Samantha Kingman. Partners John Brockland and Logan Breed also advised on the deal.
