Munich – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised The Mobility House GmbH on the sale of its business unit Solutions to French company Edenred, a leading global B2B mobility services provider.

The Mobility House is a global technology company based in Munich, Germany, providing innovative solutions that promote the expansion of renewable energy, stabilise the electricity grid and make electric mobility more affordable, thus helping to shape the future of energy and mobility.

The Mobility House Solutions, Germany's leading B2B fleet electrification provider, develops, implements, and operates turnkey charging infrastructure solutions for commercial fleets. The company also acts as the developer behind ChargePilot®, one of the world’s leading charging and energy management systems. With the sale of this business unit, The Mobility House is refining its strategic focus and concentrating even more strongly in future on its energy business, particularly vehicle-to-grid, stationary storage, and the aggregation and trading of battery flexibility on energy markets. The development and distribution of ChargePilot® in North America and the APAC region will remain with The Mobility House. The transaction also includes a commercial partnership with Edenred.
