Hogan Lovells advises Covestro on the sale of its European polycarbonate sheet business to Serafin group

Led by Dusseldorf partner Jens Uhlendorf, Hogan Lovells advised Covestro AG on the sale of the polycarbonate sheet business in Germany, Belgium and Italy to Serafin group. The DAX company divested the mentioned business by way of a combined share and asset deal.

Covestro is one of the world's largest polymer companies. The business focus is on the production of high-tech polymer materials and the development of innovative solutions for products that are used in many areas of everyday life.

Hogan Lovells advised Covestro AG with an international team in connection with the due diligence carried out by Serafin as well as on the preparation and negotiation of the underlying contractual documentation.
