Hogan Lovells advises on €950 million SRT securitisation of Findomestic

Milan, 9 August 2019 – International firm Hogan Lovells assisted Findomestic Banca S.p.A. in relation to a public securitisation of loans granted by the purchase of vehicles, having a nominal value of approximately €950 million. This is the first post-crisis true sale securitisation of BNP Paribas Group in Italy aimed at achieving significant risk transfer (SRT).

The class A, B, C, D and E notes issued by the securitisation vehicle AutoFlorence 1 S.r.l. have been rated by DBRS and S&P and, together with the class F notes, have been listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange and placed on the market.

The Hogan Lovells cross border team was led by partner Corrado Fiscale, counsel Giulia Arenaccio and associate Diego Guardì for the Italian law aspects, and by partner James Doyle and associate Xin-Ling Mok for the English law aspects.
