Martha Zuppa advises national and international companies, including various Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, on topics related to compliance, internal investigations and issues of criminal liability and compliance.
One focus of her work lies in the set-up and management of complex, international compliance investigations. She has experience with conducting interviews and e-discoveries as well as the development of project management strategies.
She also advises on preventive compliance, including the creation and implementation of global compliance systems and whistleblowing tools.
Martha is especially experienced in advising clients from the automotive, transport, IT and consumer goods sector.
