Jonathan Melke is experienced in data regulation, artificial intelligence, and IP/data litigation. He combines his legal skills and knowledge with a hands-on background as a developer and former tech founder to provide clients with business-savvy and tailored solutions.
Jonathan helps clients effectively deal with challenging regulations and represents them in administrative as well as court proceedings. He works with clients to identify possibilities and risks of innovative solutions, delivers clear legal advice, and helps turn it into practical action.
Jonathan's legal and technical expertise is rooted in his diverse educational and professional background. After studying law in Hamburg and South Korea, he founded a legal AI company, which was later acquired by one of Europe's leading alternative legal service providers. During his clerkship in Hamburg, he gained valuable experience working for, among others, lawyers at the German Federal Supreme Court.
