Disputes are an inevitable part of commercial life in a globalised world and for a rapidly evolving sector like tech and telecoms (T&T), they can be particularly complex. We look at the key risks global tech and telecoms companies need to be aware of.
In the third webinar in this series, lawyers from our offices around the world will discuss how you can manage the risks that arise when procuring and engaged on contracts for outsourced IT projects in any jurisdiction so that you avoid disputes.
