We assist one of the world leaders in online payments in a dispute launched on the ground of software counterfeiting and unfair competition.

We defend a major oil company against a claim amounting to around €24m for the alleged abrupt termination of an established business relationship.

We represent a major energy group in proceedings initiated to fight the enforcement in France of a foreign award of nearly €40m.

We represent an international general contractor in expertise proceedings launched by a subcontractor regarding delays in the construction of an industrial facility in a refinery.

We advise major companies selling alcoholic beverages on the conditions under which such beverages can be marketed, promoted and advertised in France.

We assist clients on a regular basis in relation to tort, contractual and product liability claims.
