FlixMobility on its Series F funding round. This transaction is one of the largest equity financing rounds ever completed in Germany.

Ford Motor Company invested $500m in Rivian Automotive in April 2019 and also participated in Rivian’s $1.3bn stock offering in December 2019 along with T. Rowe Price, Black Rock and Amazon.

Jaguar Land Rover on its US$15m investment in CloudCar as a strategic partner.

Kingdom Holding Company on its investments in Careem and Lyft.

NEoT Green Mobility (NGM), a joint venture between NEoT Capital, EDF NB, CDC, Mitsubishi Corporation and Forsee Power, on its creation, development, and financing. NGM is the first investment vehicle entirely dedicated to electric mobility.

TRATON on its strategic equity investment in TuSimple, a U.S.- and China-based developer of autonomous long-haul trucks and related technology-supported freight network.
