Russell Tan is a commercial litigator with a practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, investigations, and business disputes. He has worked on a wide range of disputes involving contract litigation, mass arbitration, employment disputes, ERISA, trade secrets, and products liability. Russell is diligent, creative, and brings a pragmatic approach to his representation of clients in helping them find sensible, winning solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Russell worked as an associate at another AmLaw100 firm. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis in May of 2021, also interning for Barnes Jewish Corporation during that time. In addition to his commercial practice, Russell keeps an active pro bono practice. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and volleyball.
