Dr Sophie-Isabelle Horst represents national and international clients in particular from the e-commerce sector on the enforcement of their claims and rights both in and out of court. She advises her clients on both interim relief and complex litigation. Sophie-Isabelle's focus lies on contractual and commercial disputes.
Sophie-Isabelle also advises her clients on out-of-court and in-court dispute resolution in connection with internal investigations, as well as on international arbitration proceedings.
Sophie-Isabelle has a strong academic background in International Arbitration and Private International Law. While still at law school she successfully participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, one of the largest international moot court competitions, as a team member, coach and arbitrator. During her legal traineeship Sophie-Isabelle worked, inter alia, at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection as well as the dispute resolution departments of two international law firms.
