Julia is a junior associate in the IP/TMT and Data Protection department of Hogan Lovells in the Madrid office.
Julia's professional practice focuses on advising on data protection in multi-jurisdictional projects, audiovisual law, telecommunications and privacy on the Internet. She is also involved in advising entities in sanctioning proceedings before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and the National Court. In addition, she advises non-profit entities on data protection matters.
Some of the clients that Julia advises are entities in the audiovisual, pharmaceutical and health sectors, information society services and electronic communications services providers.
