As counsel in the London litigation practice, William focuses on financial services disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory matters. He frequently helps guide institutional clients through their interactions with regulators globally, and also when their disputes lead to litigation.

William's experience encompasses a range of High Court litigation and regulator-led investigations, often with an international element. This has involved helping clients formulate a strategic approach to a number of competing objectives; minimizing institutional risk and engaging effectively with authorities.

William has undertaken a six-month secondment to the legal team of a leading international bank and has also acted on a number of complex, high value commercial disputes, including with a fraud-related element.
