Hogan Lovells welcomes the New Year with 28 new partner and 59 new counsel promotions

Press releases | 04 January 2024

LONDON and WASHINGTON, D.C., 4 January 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced the promotion of 28 lawyers to partner effective 1 January. The newly promoted partners work in 16 of the firm’s 45 offices across all of the firm’s regions, which span the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Speaking on the promotions, Hogan Lovells’ CEO Miguel Zaldivar said: "I am so pleased to welcome this tremendous group of talented lawyers to our partnership. Clients turn to us for their most complex, high-stakes work across our practices and sectors, and ensuring that we are promoting the next generation of talent is crucial to maintaining the exceptional legal services for which we are recognized around the world. Our newly promoted lawyers reflect our ambitious and supportive culture, and I am delighted to congratulate and thank them for their contributions and commitment to our continued success.

It’s particularly encouraging to see that in the UK and U.S. more than a third of this year’s group of new partners and 20% of the newly promoted counsel identify as racially or ethnically diverse.
