01 December 2015

13 November 2015 - Sabrina Borocci is to join the Milan office of Hogan Lovells as a partner in the firm's global antitrust practice, on 30th November 2015.

Sabrina's experience includes a broad range of antitrust work including merger investigations, cartel cases, state aid, unfair commercial practices cases, antitrust compliance and counselling work.

The firm's well-established antitrust practice in continental Europe offers a co-ordinated pan-European service covering both EU and national competition regimes, as well as advising national and multinational companies on a full range of competition matters.

Suyong Kim, global co-head of antitrust, competition and economic regulation, said:
"Sabrina will be a tremendous asset to our antitrust team, assisting national and multinational companies, trade associations and other organisations in a full range of matters before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission.

"Sabrina's team will also offer invaluable support to our booming corporate practice in the face of an increasingly busy M&A market, as well as to our successful commercial, TMT and IP practices."

Sabrina Borocci said:
"The fully-integrated teams at Hogan Lovells provide clients with an unmatched service across the firm's offices and practice areas.

"I look forward to leading the Italian antitrust team and supporting the corporate, commercial, TMT and IP teams."

Previously Sabrina was a partner at D'Urso Gatti e Bianchi, where she established and led the antitrust practice.
