Amsterdam, London, 7 May 2019 – Samantha Brinkhuis will join Hogan Lovells as a partner in its leading Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice. Based in Amsterdam, she will join from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek on 1 August.

With extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Samantha primarily assists clients with trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. Her practice also covers trade secrets, media and entertainment law, advertising law, IP transactions, licensing, IP strategy and enforcement.
