Hogan Lovells advises Arrow Global on the sale of 100% of Zenith Global S.p.A.

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Arrow Global, a leading Pan-European investment manager in private credit and real estate, on the sale of 100% of Zenith Global S.p.A.

The cross-border Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Florian Agnel (London) and included Isabel Orange (Senior Associate) and Nathan Seedall (Associate). The Italian team was composed of Paola Barometro (Partner), Federico Urbani (Senior Associate) and Edoardo Pea (Associate).
