Led by Dusseldorf partner Christoph Louven, Hogan Lovells advised the Remondis subsidiary TSR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of the electronic scrap business of the Australian-American recycling group Sims Metal Management in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden.
The acquisition is subject to the regulatory approval of the European Commission.
TSR Recycling, founded in 1890, is a leading expert in the field of raw materials recycling with 150 locations worldwide.
Hogan Lovells and an international team provided legal advice to TSR on all contract-related issues.
