Hogan Lovells advises GöTel GmbH on the financing of a fiber network expansion with Hamburg Commercial Bank AG

Led by Hamburg partner Carla Luh, international law firm Hogan Lovells advised GöTel GmbH on the financing of a fiber network expansion with Hamburg Commercial Bank AG.

Since its foundation in 1998, GöTel GmbH has been a partner for telecommunication services in the Göttingen area and, together with its subsidiaries, operates fiber networks in the districts of Göttingen, Kassel and Vogelsbergkreis, among others. With the new credit funds of more than EUR 50 million, GöTel GmbH is now planning further expansions of fiber networks in various districts in Lower Saxony and Hesse.
