New York, 1 January 2020 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Michael DeLarco has been named Office Managing Partner and Lisa Fried has been named Office Administrative Partner for the firm's New York office effective 1 January 2020.

DeLarco, who became a partner in 2012, heads the firm's Labor and Employment practice in the Americas. He represents employers, management, and boards of directors in complex labor and employment litigation and internal investigations, and advises on labor and employment issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transfers, workforce restructurings, and workplace policies.

Fried, who became a partner in 2013, primarily represents financial institutions in litigation and investigations and before regulators. She frequently represents global banks in cross-border matters and domestic financial institutions in litigation relating to their consumer-lending practices.

They succeed Ollie Armas and Chris Donoho who had been in their roles since 2015. Armas, a partner in the firm's International Arbitration practice, sits on the firm's National Diversity Committee. Donoho leads the firm's global Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

Hogan Lovells' New York office maintains a broad commercial practice with significant strengths in financial services and life sciences. We represent clients in complex international disputes and in high-stakes securities litigation, intellectual property disputes, and white collar issues, among other matters.
