AI-washing – when AI hype becomes a litigation risk
The project involves the development of a combined hotel and extended-stay concept comprising around 350 units and is scheduled for completion by 2028. It is the largest project to date in the “June” brand’s portfolio and combines the “June SIX” and “June Stay” concepts into a single integrated hospitality offering.
With this project, PRIMESTAR is driving forward the expansion of its integrated “June” brand platform and its “travel.work.live.” ecosystem, which combines hotel, long-stay and work concepts. At the same time, the company is strengthening its market position in the fast-growing urban hospitality segment in Europe and further expanding its presence in Berlin as a core market.
Hogan Lovells has supported PRIMESTAR with contract drafting and on matters relating to property and company law.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Marc P. Werner (Real Estate / Hospitality, Frankfurt).
