Paris, 9 May 2019 - Hogan Lovells advised Ermewa Group in relation to the acquisition (and the financing) of 100% of the capital of the Singaporean company Raffles Lease Pte. Ltd. and its portfolio of directly managed assets comprising approximately 14,000 containers.

The bank financing was provided by Société Générale, who were advised by Watson Farley & Williams. Société Générale also acted as financial advisor.
