Matthias Siebels focuses on all aspects of patent law and other technical intellectual property rights. He has experience in advising on national and multinational patent litigation, in particular in the field of telecommunications and mechanics. Besides German clients, Matthias advises clients from other European countries, Asia and North America.

Matthias advises on patent litigation before German infringement courts and coordinates parallel litigation in pan-European disputes. Furthermore, he conducts nullity actions before the German Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court and advises on general questions of patent law and the valuation of patent portfolios.
