Hogan Lovells acting in three of the five most influential Unified Patent Court cases named by JUVE Patent
Düsseldorf, 7 June 2024 - JUVE Patent has identified five Unified Patent Court (UPC) cases as the most influential cases in determining the future direction of the court which was established in June 2023. Hogan Lovells is representing clients in three of the five cases; including Gucci in a printing process suit filed by Agfa; Xiaomi in the Munich portion of a suit filed by electronics giant Panasonic; Meril Life Sciences in a dispute with competitor Edwards Lifesciences.
