Marius Rothermund advises national and international companies on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate and contract law.
His clients include corporate groups as well as medium-sized companies, private equity funds and start-ups, in particular in the energy, IT technology and infrastructure sectors. Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2022, he worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group of an international law firm.
Marius studied in Marburg and at the University of Kent (England) and received his doctorate on a topic in the field of capital markets law. His dissertation was honoured with a prize for the best doctoral thesis in the fields of corporate law, antitrust law and intellectual property law.
