Lennart Knutzen-Lohmann advises clients in the field of media, data and unfair competition law as well as in all areas of intellectual property law. He also focuses on questions relating to artificial intelligence.

A key area of his practice is advising operators of different types of online platforms. His work includes providing advice on media regulation issues in court and in administrative proceedings. Further, he assists the operators of online marketplaces in unfair competition disputes in and out of court. Lennart also advises on new legislative proposals.

After studying law in Münster and Texas, Lennart obtained his doctorate with a dissertation on the economic analysis of a media law issue. He completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg and New York City, including working in the Hamburg ministerial administration in the field of media law, in a Chamber of the Hamburg District Court focusing on copyright and IT law and in a major international law firm practicing in the area of media law.
