She has successfully handled more than 500 German court cases at all instances including the Supreme Court. She is also lead counsel in a case pending at the European Court of Justice. In addition, Ina has assisted clients in navigating and coordinating more than 60,000 claims in more than 30 countries worldwide.
She is a European market leader for product liability and life sciences and has more than 20 years of experience litigating pharma and devices liability across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America. She currently coordinates the worldwide defense of the largest product liability case in the medical sector at the moment, the PIP breast implant litigation.
