Ina Brock helps clients to stay in control of the most complex product liability litigation and crisis communication across the globe. She has successfully handled more than 500 German court cases at all instances including the Supreme Court. She is also lead counsel in a case pending at the European Court of Justice. In addition, Ina has assisted clients in navigating and coordinating more than 60,000 claims in more than 30 countries worldwide. 

She is a European market leader for product liability and life sciences and has more than 20 years of experience litigating pharma and devices liability across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America. She currently coordinates the worldwide defense of the largest product liability case in the medical sector at the moment, the PIP breast implant litigation. 

According to clients, Ina is "one of the best practitioners in continental Europe" with a "wealth of cross-border experience, handling pharmaceutical and medical device cases in many jurisdictions worldwide" (Who's Who Legal 2017).
