Well Pharmacy on its acquisition of Lexon Pharmaceuticals, a wholesale pharmaceutical business.

Chevron on its new country entry and various proposed upstream acquisitions in Namibia.

An oil and gas major on its proposed sale of assets in the Middle East.

A US listed engineering and construction company, company on the acquisition of a government defence business.

A major listed technology company on the acquisition of a technology business based in Australia.

Strategic Education, Inc. on its acquisition of the Australian and New Zealand academic operations of Laureate Education, Inc., including Torrens University for AUD 900 million.

Sirtex Medical in relation to a scheme of arrangement with CDH Investments for AUD 1.9 billion.*
