Martino joined Hogan Lovells in 2021 after having worked for almost 7 years in the M&A and Private Equity department of a major Italian law firm.
Since 2014 he has provided legal assistance to domestic and international clients in all phases of corporate transactions, from due diligence to completion, and beyond, dealing also with post-completion integration, reorganizations and the handling of claims arising from the deal implementation. Martino has a solid experience on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
Having developed a solid background in a wide range of transactional and corporate topics, Martino has a recognized ability to provide the clients with a comprehensive support aimed to achieve the clients’ goals throughout the complexities of the Italian corporate and commercial legal system.
Martino is a member of the Bar association of Milan.
