Hogan Lovells advises BNP Paribas Cardif on setting up a strategic bancassurance partnership in life insurance sector with ICCREA Banca

This agreement provides the acquisition by BNP Paribas Cardif of a majority stake in BCC Vita, the life insurance company of the BCC ICCREA Group, and the signing of a distribution agreement.
