UK COVID-19 Webinar: Tenant Insolvency

As a result of the global coronavirus pandemic, United Kingdom property owners are going to face many challenges over the coming months, including the real and present threat of tenant insolvency.

In this 45-minute webinar, we provided a refresher of some of the key insolvency processes, together with a review of current insolvency related issues and discussed some of the tactics to be used when dealing with them.

We also considered the impact of the latest COVID-19 measures in force, including the government's new Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill, which ushers in wide-ranging reforms to UK insolvency law as well as a number of temporary emergency measures.
